Investing

TSF will take equity or debt positions for its own account and for that of its affiliates.  TSF will also be making acquisitions for itself and those affiliates.  Please go to "Investment Criteria" to understand TSF's interest in investments and acquisitions for itself.  TSF will not allow its advisory services to conflict with its own acquisition activities.  If in the course of an advisory engagement, TSF determines that it would like to seek to invest in or acquire the client company, TSF will immediately disclose that to the client and let the client decide if further discussions or services are appropriate.  TSF will always retain all client information in the strictest confidence regardless of how the relationship develops.
