Advisory Services. TSF works with clients to develop a strategic plan for growing the company and implementing an acquisition strategy.

Outsourcing. Once an acquisition strategy is set, TSF can act in a variety of capacities ranging from an ongoing advisory role to outsourcing the entire process.

Financing. TSF has relationships with a number of financing sources including venture capital and private equity funds, commercial banks, and investment banking firms that are interested in financing acquisition activities.

Investing. TSF also takes equity or debt positions for its own account or for affiliated entities. These investments range from bridge financing to complete acquisition by TSF or its affiliates.
